Victoria Beckham, 48, has shared the details of her intense daily wellness routine, which includes two morning workouts and drinking apple cider vinegar upon waking. Posing for a photoshoot for Vogue Australia, the fashion designer and former Spice Girl showcased her stunning figure in leather and lace lingerie. One image features Beckham in a black lace bralette and red mesh cropped vest, while another captures her in a backless Miu Miu top and tight Versace leggings. For the cover shot, she dons a full-length satin bridal Gucci dress, paired with a dramatic black puffer coat.

In an accompanying interview, Beckham opened up about her disciplined fitness regime, revealing that she wakes up at 6:45 am to start her day with a 30-minute uphill treadmill run in the gym of her home. After getting her daughter Harper, 11, ready for school, Beckham completes a “gruelling” one-hour weights session with her personal trainer. Despite her hard work in the gym, she admits that her diet is just as extreme. While her husband David Beckham previously suggested that she has only eaten grilled fish and steamed vegetables for 25 years, Victoria clarified that she enjoys a balanced diet including healthy fats like fish, avocado, and nuts.
In addition to her strict diet, the designer follows several wellness practices. She drinks apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning, takes Augustinus Bader skin supplements, and adds Skinaide collagen peptides to her coffee. Beckham also practices detoxing from alcohol for periods of three to six months, describing her approach to both eating and exercise as extreme. Despite her disciplined routine, she admits that she enjoys a more relaxed approach to alcohol, drinking only when there is no reason not to.

Victoria also reflected on the media’s scrutiny of her body over the years, recalling headlines such as “Porky Posh” and “Skeletal Posh.” She spoke about a particularly difficult experience after the birth of her son Brooklyn, when a newspaper pointed out areas of her body she needed to “focus on losing weight from”. Beckham also recalled an incident where she was weighed live on television shortly after having Brooklyn, noting how such events would be unthinkable today. Finally, she discussed concerns about her daughter Harper’s body image, expressing her worries about social media’s influence and how her daughter might handle her changing body in the future.
