The tale reveals Daisy’s observations of her friends’ fathers – a fireman and a doctor – but she remains unsure about her own dad, despite knowing he deals with “mountains of paperwork” and “flies” while his boss is described as a dragon. Corenswet plays Superman in James Gunn’s latest remake, which reboots the classic character first seen on screen in 1978. The film also stars Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor and Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane.
The new Superman film has been hailed as “the true beginning of the DC Universe,” with Corenswet’s character protecting the Earth from the villain’s schemes. Beyond Superman, Corenswet’s credits include Elementary, House of Cards, and the Netflix comedy-drama Look Both Ways.
