Selena Gomez has shared some personal touches she hopes to include in her future wedding to music producer Benny Blanco. Speaking in a Rare Beauty TikTok video, the 33-year-old revealed that rather than a traditional wedding cake, she plans to serve her grandmother’s biscuits and gravy as dessert. “Whenever that day comes, I do know I don’t want a big cake,” she explained. “My preferred dessert I think would be biscuits and gravy. My nana’s biscuits and gravy. That sounds like dessert to me.”

Although she favours a non-traditional sweet, Selena still intends to have a small cake for sentimental reasons. “I think I want a mini one for just us that we can freeze,” she added. The couple, who began dating in 2023, became engaged in 2024 and have kept details of their relationship relatively private, despite the media spotlight.
Looking to the future, Selena has also spoken candidly about her desire to become a parent. On the Jay Shetty Podcast, she shared that she “absolutely” wants children one day, though she previously disclosed that she is unable to carry her own. “I love making [children] laugh; they’re just so sweet. So absolutely, when that day comes, I’m so excited for it,” she said, reflecting on the bond she shares with her 11-year-old sister.

However, he noted a marked change in her demeanour when children are around. “Whenever there’s kids at a place, it’s the only time I see her do that,” he said. “She immediately goes to the kids and has these conversations for hours.” Despite his outgoing personality, Benny admires Selena’s thoughtful presence and the warmth she shows in private moments.
