Nicola Peltz and Brooklyn Beckham have unveiled a new online project, even as speculation about a rift within the Beckham family continues. The couple took to Instagram on Sunday to announce the launch of a dedicated account for their beloved dogs, writing: “We made an account for our doggies.” Nicola, 28, described it as a “very important announcement” and encouraged followers to support the page. Named @peltzbeckhambabies, the account features photographs of their four pets: Lamb, Label, Birdie and Angel.

At present, the Instagram page has just over 200 followers and only follows Brooklyn and Nicola in return. The couple have long expressed their passion for animal welfare. In May, reports emerged that they plan to open a dog shelter in Los Angeles, named the Peltz Beckham Foundation. While Brooklyn has explored a range of career paths — including photography, cooking, and modelling — Nicola already has experience in the field as a founder of Yogi’s House, a shelter that rescues dogs from euthanasia lists. The couple are said to have filed paperwork in California to register the new non-profit.
Meanwhile, rumours of a family rift have intensified in recent weeks, particularly due to Brooklyn and Nicola’s noticeable absence from recent Beckham gatherings. Earlier this month, fans were quick to point out that the pair were no longer following Brooklyn’s younger brothers Romeo, 22, and Cruz, 20, on Instagram. According to a source close to Brooklyn, it was in fact Romeo and Cruz who took the first step, and “Brooklyn was likely blocked”. Despite this, Brooklyn still follows his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, on the platform.

Some reports have suggested that the distance may stem from tension surrounding Romeo’s ex-girlfriend, Kim Turnbull, whom Brooklyn is rumoured to have dated in the past. However, Cruz publicly refuted these claims in April, writing on Instagram: “Brooklyn and Kim never dated.” Kim, who is a DJ and model, has also denied any romantic involvement, calling their connection a “school friendship”. Romeo and Kim have since ended their relationship, adding another chapter to the ongoing saga surrounding the Beckham family dynamics.
