Mandy Moore has shared a heartfelt message about what she described as a “pretty wild” year, expressing deep gratitude in a Thanksgiving post. Marking the holiday on Instagram, the This Is Us actress posted a set of candid black-and-white photographs showing her and her husband, Taylor Goldsmith, spending time with their three children.

In her caption, Moore explained that although recent months had been “difficult”, she remained “overwhelmed” with thankfulness, adding: “Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. The most grateful for these 4.” Moore and Goldsmith, who married in 2018, are parents to Gus, four, Ozzie, three, and their daughter Louise, who is 14 months old.
Earlier in the year, the actress revealed that her home in Altadena, California, had suffered significant damage during the wildfires that swept through the area. While the structure of the house survived, Moore explained that its contents had been entirely lost, reflecting candidly that her sense of what constitutes a “home” had changed. She emphasised that although her family’s safety was paramount, having a secure place to feel settled remained important.

Moore recently confirmed that she and Goldsmith will take part in A Concert for Altadena, a charity event scheduled for 7 January 2026. The concert will raise funds for the Altadena Builds Back Foundation, which supports the community’s recovery efforts following the devastating fires.
