Hailey Bieber has confirmed she won’t consider Botox for her face until she reaches her 30s. The Rhode Beauty founder revealed she has only used the injectable to treat temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, which can help relieve pain, but wrinkle-smoothing injections are off her agenda for now. Speaking on the In Your Dreams podcast with Owen Theile, the 28-year-old said: “I don’t have any Botox except for in my jaw for TMJ, but I have no Botox in my face. I made a commitment to myself that I wasn’t going to do any Botox until I was in my 30s. When I get there, I’ll see if I even want to do it.”

Hailey, who shares 14-month-old son Jack with husband Justin Bieber, explained she is very diligent about her skincare routine. While she avoids Botox, she has undergone light laser treatments a few times a year, alongside PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) injections, which involve reinjecting a person’s own blood into the face. “I love doing PRP with microneedling. I’ve talked about that a lot,” she added.
The beauty entrepreneur described the PRF process in detail: the blood is turned into a gel consistency and then injected under the eyes and into smile lines. She admitted she enjoys the treatments, but they are carefully chosen alternatives to Botox.

Hailey also highlighted her mother, Kennya Baldwin, as an inspiration. “My mum does nothing to her skin, and she looks insane. Why would I lie? I tell you everything,” she said. Owen added that Hailey is “the most honest person – honest to a fault!”
