Date:

Gwen Stefani is set to become the first female artist to perform at the Sphere in Las Vegas as part of No Doubt’s forthcoming residency. The U.S. rock band confirmed on Friday that they will headline six shows at the venue in May 2026, marking a historic moment for the frontwoman since the Sphere opened in September 2023.

No Doubt – comprising Stefani, Tom Dumont, Tony Kanal and Adrian Young – teased the announcement with an Instagram video, encouraging fans to sign up for updates. “Leave your email at the link in bio and we’ll hit you back,” the band captioned the post, generating anticipation ahead of the formal announcement.

The official Sphere Instagram account also shared a video showing the venue turning orange, seemingly referencing the artwork for the band’s iconic 1994 album Tragic Kingdom, which this year celebrates its 30th anniversary. The following day, No Doubt confirmed their residency, posting a clip of the orange being peeled back to reveal the band members with the caption: “Remain seated, please. Permanecer sentados, por favor. Welcome to the Vegas skyline. We are pleased to announce our limited engagement run, No Doubt Live @SphereVegas, May 2026.”

No Doubt, who have not released an album since Push and Shove in 2012, have only reunited twice since 2015 – for FireAid in Los Angeles in January and at Coachella in April 2024. According to Rolling Stone, their residency at the Sphere will follow performances by the Backstreet Boys, U2 and the Eagles, highlighting the venue’s growing prominence as a major music destination.
